How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is the KURU return policy?
We offer a 45-day return and exchange policy. To qualify for a full refund, shoes must be returned in their original, brand-new condition with all original packaging included.
How do I find the right size for my KURU shoes?
Most of our styles run true to size. We recommend ordering your standard athletic shoe size. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the best fit with our built-in arch support.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

To preserve the life of your shoes, we recommend hand-cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never machine wash or dry your KURUs, as high heat can damage our proprietary KURUSOLE technology.
